Event Introduction
This year, H.E.R. Festival 2026 (Women’s Healing Festival) brings “The Inner Glow,” the first Wellness & Beauty Pageant in Hong Kong co-organized by El Sol and Yogance, as H.E.R.’s way of redefining what “beauty” truly means. This is not just a beauty contest—it’s an in-depth conversation about inner beauty. Participants will go through a series of physical and mental challenges and transformative activities. At the end of the day, they will showcase the results of their hard work—presenting captivating performances, and featuring star guests who bring their powerful, thought-provoking questions to the spotlight. Winners will also have the opportunity to receive luxurious prizes sponsored by JPAW. The event also includes multiple workshops focused on mind, body, and spirit. Starting from the inner glow, we redefine the standard of beauty.
This year, JPAW Hair Salon supports the event not only by providing basic hairstyling and styling services, but also by conducting a face-shape and personal style analysis for each contestant prior to the competition—followed by an on-the-spot complete hair makeover. On the event day, JPAW Hair Salon is also one of the workshops under “Inner Glow Classroom – 50 Workshops.” With instructor Kitty and the team’s expertise and energy, participants will explore different dimensions of mind, body, and spirit. Through Japan’s 16 personal color types and the practice of sculpting posture, they will reveal true beauty—and empower your Long-lasting Inner Beauty from within. We also thank Loretta for providing product support to both contestants and event participants, helping to create the perfect hair and styling look.
This edition also invites a lineup of star judges from different industries to sit in: Best Actress at the Hong Kong Film Awards Yu Heung-nim (Jennifer), celebrity Battenman Adam, celebrity Wiyona Yeung Tsz-Ching, model Ana R., feng shui / spiritual practitioner Chan Ding-guia, Asa Wong (founder of Her Festival), and Christine Chan (star manager). Workshop guests include top instructors spanning the fields of entertainment, sports, spirituality, beauty, and photography—featuring respected figures such as Lam Tak-sun (LINDES H), Yin Wai-man (HIN WAI-MAN), Lai Yin-yu (LAI YAN YU) and more heavyweight personalities.
JPAW Hair Salon Pre-Event Support
To change yourself, you first need to change how you present yourself. Before the competition, JPAW Hair Salon—with Kitty and the team—hosted a personalized session where they shared facial feature and face-shape style analysis, guiding each participant’s hairstyle design.
Participants then received an on-the-spot full hair makeover. Through a professional, data-driven process, the team analyzed and diagnosed key factors including: Face Type and facial feature characteristics, Personal Color (skin tone and personal color palette), Bone structure and overall facial structure, Hair texture and hair conditionBased on their professional knowledge and the results, they created customized style-focused hairstyle designs—helping each individual discover a look that truly suits them, so they can present their most beautiful self.
JPAW Hair Salon On-the-Day Support
On the event day, JPAW Hair Salon supported the organizer with professional hairstyling and makeup styling. They also offered participants a Personal Color Analysis Experience—a Quick Color Test Workshop. During the workshop, participants got to try the trending personal color test popular in both Japan and Korea. They learned what their unique image style really means, what “good-looking and suitable” truly represents, and how to discover their personal “destined colors.” Through hands-on learning, participants practiced how to apply these colors in a way that enhances their overall presence—feeling the amazing impact color can have on mood, confidence, and appearance. By combining facial feature + face-shape style analysis with personal color analysis, JPAW helped reveal true beauty from within your natural features.
Prizes to Celebrate and Motivate
To recognize and reward their efforts, we presented prizes to participants as an encouragement. 3 winners received free JPAW Hair Treatment and a complimentary Japan’s 16-Type Personal Color Analysis service and 7 finalists each received discounted JPAW Hair Treatment experiences and discounted Japan’s 16-Type Personal Color Analysis experiences. Total prize value: HK$14,250.
